PURPOSE: A portable sanitary device for disinfecting tooth brush is provided, which disinfects the brush effectively by supplying power using USB port and reduces cost of the lamp using semi-permanent ultra-violet lamp. CONSTITUTION: The sanitary device(100) comprises a USB port(76) at one side of a lower case(20) thereof; an upper case(70) connected to the lower case(20) to receive a tooth brush; and ventilating passages(72,73) coupled to the lower case(20). The lower case(20) includes a hinge projection(21) for jointing the upper case(70) and the lower case(20); a lower opening projection(23); and the USB port(76) connected to USB cable(300). The upper case(70) has a hinge hole(71) engaged with the hinge projection(21); an upper opening projection(74); and the passages(72,73). The USB cable(300) has a connector(310) for the sanitary device(100) and another connector(320) for USB terminal of the computer.
