PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescent display device and a driving method thereof are provided to charge sufficiently data lines during one line period by applying the amount of data current more than the amount of current applied to an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode). CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescent display device includes a plurality of pixel circuits. The pixel circuit includes the first and the second transistors(M1,M2), an OLED(OLED), a condenser(C), the first switching element(S1), and the second switching element(S2). The first and the second transistors(M1,M2) include gates connected to each other and sources for receiving the first and the second supply voltages, respectively. The OLED(OLED) is connected between a drain of the second transistor(M2) and a ground portion. The condenser(C) is used for maintaining constantly a voltage between the gate and the source of the second transistor(M2). The first switching element(S1) is used for switching the data current to the drain of the first transistor(M1) in response to a selection signal. The second switching element(S2) is connected to the drain of the first transistor(M1) and the gates of the first and the second transistors(M1,M2).
