PURPOSE: A device for igniting oxygen pipe for opening blast furnace tap hole is provided to prevent tapping delay and stabilize circumstances of blast furnace by reducing safety accident of operator and shortening ignition time of the oxygen pipe during tap hole opening operation. CONSTITUTION: In a device for igniting an oxygen pipe for discharging melt inside blast furnace through penetration of blast furnace tap hole, the device for igniting oxygen pipe for opening blast furnace tap hole comprises a rubber tube(11) from one side surface of which concave part(11-1) is formed to an inner surface of the rubber tube, and in which groove(11-2) is formed on a lower part of the concave part so that the oxygen pipe is inserted into the groove; first tube(12) inserted into the inner circumferential surface of the rubber tube; second tube(15) inserted into the inner circumferential surface of the first tube; an ignition member(13) in which a plurality of iron cores(13-2) are adhered between a pair of fixed flanges(13-1) formed in a ring shape with the plurality of iron cores being spaced apart from each other in an equal distance, and which is inserted into the inner circumferential surface of the second tube; and an ignition agent(16) adhered to one side surface of the first tube so that the oxygen pipe is initially ignited easily.
