PURPOSE: A device for performing various protocol services in one base station and a device therefor are provided to carry out a 1X EVDO service by changing channel cards in the base station, thereby reducing installation cost. CONSTITUTION: One base station services different protocols having different service purposes on channel cards(414a-414c) through the same shelves or different shelves. A main processor(420) stores channel card loading files corresponding to the service purposes, decides frequency service types when channel card loading file request information is received from the channel cards(414a-414c), extracts the loading files of the channel cards(414a-414c) corresponding to each service type, and transmits the extracted loading files.
