PURPOSE: An advertisement sign board is provided to obtain a visual concentration effect such as a neon sign by alternately repeating the operations of color fluorescent character and the simple color light. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement sign board includes a sign board outside body(10), an emission unit(40), a transparent unit(30) and a display unit(20). The sign board outside body(10) forms an outside body of the advertisement sign board. The emission unit(40) placed inside of the sign board outside body(10) is provided with a visual light fluorescent light(41) and an ultraviolet light(42). The transparent unit(30) is provided with an ultraviolet light pigment layer(32) and a transparent plate(31) coated with the ultraviolet light pigment layer(32). And, the display unit(20) includes an advertisement surface and an advertisement sentence(22). In the advertisement sign board, the light emitted from the emission unit(40) is displaced on the sign board outside body(10) after passing through the transparent unit(30).
