The frame (10) which holds the bottle has a curved handle (26) at the top of a rod (12) with a joggle (18) and a flat plate (20) to support the bottom of the bottle. Two hoops (14) hold the bottle in place. A holder for a cup (30) is clipped (40) to the rod. The lower end of the rod is attached to a flat plate (16) which rests on the ground. There are spikes (24) which engage in the ground to hold the flat plate in place.
