The device (3) for the guiding of air towards the engine (1) of a motorcycle has an inlet opening (4) in the front fairing (2). A guide element is located on one side of the inlet opening, and the inlet opening on its opposite side has a wind shield (9) pointing in the direction of travel. The guide element is inclined towards the wind shield in the flow direction of the air.
