PURPOSE: An encapsulation method is provided to achieve stabilized characteristics of light emission, while lengthening the useful life of the device. CONSTITUTION: An encapsulation method comprises a step of sequentially forming an anode electrode(21) and a first insulation film(22) on a substrate(20); a step of sequentially forming a cathode electrode separation barrier rib, an activation layer(23) and a cathode electrode(24) on the first insulation film; a step of forming a second insulation film(26) on the cathode electrode; a step of forming a metal film(27) on the second insulation film; and a step of performing a heat treatment on the metal film through the use of a laser beam and re-crystallizing the resultant structure. |
