Disclosed is a waste bag (1), particularly for use in automobiles, vehicles in general, public facilities, which comprises two substantially rectangular overlapping walls (2, 3) joined along three sides, namely the lower edge (4) and the two side edges (5), so as to leave an opening at the top (6) into which waste is introduced, one of which said walls (2) projects at the top beyond the other (3) to form a flap (7), which said flap contains a slit (8) so that the bag (1) can be attached to a support such as the gear lever (9) of a car.
