PURPOSE: A sulfur-containing inhibitor of lawn diseases is provided, thereby effectively preventing and treating lawn diseases including Large patch, Brown patch and Pythium blight . CONSTITUTION: The inhibitor of lawn diseases contains sulfur as an active ingredient and sand in the ratio of 2:98 to 30:70. The inhibitor may further contain 2 to 98% by volume of lime and other materials such as charcoal or nutrients, in which the charcoal is selected from oak tree charcoal, bamboo charcoal, and broadleaf tree charcoal; the nutrients are selected from nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium and trace amount elements; and the inhibitor may be prepared into a form of liquid, gel, powder, solid and pellet.
