PURPOSE: A composite space panel for installing a slab and lining in a building structure is provided to improve the durability of a structure, to enlarge investment effects on construction expenses, to have waterproofing, insulating, soundproofing and fireproofing effects. CONSTITUTION: As a panel(100) used for installing a slab or lining in a building structure, a composite space panel for lining comprises a composite plate(1) composed of fiber reinforced composite materials to bear and distribute the load by concrete applied on installing a slab or lining and a reinforced girder(2) installed to the back of the composite plate(1) to bear the composite plate(1) and to control the displacement due to the load added to the composite plate(1).
