ROTARY TYPE WATER SUPPLY DEVICE CAPABLE OF CAPTURING FOREIGN MATERIALS AT BLAST FURNACE TUYERE

PURPOSE: A rotary type water supply device capable of capturing foreign materials at blast furnace tuyere is provided to improve productivity by preventing leakage of cooling water due to quantity drop of cooling water or interference with surrounding facilities and prevent safety accident by reducing unnecessary high temperature and heavy material operation. CONSTITUTION: The rotary type water supply device comprises a rotary type flange(60) which is connected to cooling water inlet port(21) of the tuyere(20), and on a front end part of which packing groove is formed so that rubber packing(45) is inserted into the packing groove; a rotary type fastening bundle part inserted into a central part of the rotary type flange; a saw tooth shaped water supply pipe(50) a front end part of which is connected to the tuyere through the rotary type flange, along the outer circumference of which a plurality of semispherical grooves are formed, and on an inner part of which projecting type channel pipe is formed; an "S" character shaped water supply pipe(70) a front end part of which is connected to the saw tooth shaped water supply pipe, and a rear end part of which is connected to fresh water line through quick coupler; a foreign material collection pipe(71) connected to one side of the "S" character shaped water supply pipe; and a foreign material collector(80) to a central part of one side surface of which hook(81) is adhered, and in which spring shaped foreign material collecting screen(82) is connected to the foreign material collection pipe with being adhered to the hook in such a shape that the foreign material collecting screen surrounds the hook.
