PURPOSE: A ginseng-fermented drink is provided, thereby protecting intestines and improving their function as effects of lactic acid bacteria, and stimulating the energy of the human body and stabilizing the mind and body of human as effects of ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A ginseng-fermented drink is produced by extracting ginseng, mixing the ginseng extract with lactic acid bacterium, fermenting the mixture, and maturing the fermented mixture, wherein the lactic acid bacterium is selected from Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus casei, and Bifidobacterium longum bifidus.
