PURPOSE: A sun cap for accurately injecting a shield material into a light emitting diode(LED) display panel is provided to easily charge the shield material by forming the protrusion rim on the sun cap and to easily dissipate the heat generated by the gap. CONSTITUTION: A sun cap for accurately injecting a shield material into a light emitting diode(LED) display panel includes a case(10), a substrate(2), an LED(3) and a sun cap(4) formed thereon a plurality of LED holes(5) for protecting the substrate(2) with opening only the LED(3). The case(10) has an inner space for incorporating thereinto various circuits The substrate(2) is installed on the top portion of the inner space of the case(10) and the LED(3) is formed on the substrate(2). The sun cap(4) is designed for accurately injecting the shield material into the LED display panel in such a way that the shield material is injected into the inner space created by the protrusion rim(6) after the protrusion rim(6) is closely adhered to the substrate(2) by forming the protrusion rim(6) on the surface of the sun cap(4).
