PURPOSE: A system for operating the character information using a mobile character storing device is provided to download and store a music file to a data processing device connecting to the mobile storing device by storing a PR information including a singer's profile, a web site address of a service providing server, the music file, and the moving image information in the mobile storing device of a character shape. CONSTITUTION: The mobile storing device(100) stores the character information and the connection information. The data processing device(200) electrically connects to the mobile storing device, includes a connection tool connecting to a communication network(300), and detects or updates the information stored in the mobile storing device. An updated information providing server(500) generates and provides the updated information. The service providing server(400) downloads and stores the updated information from the updated information providing server frequently, and downloads the updated information to the data processing device if the data processing device requests the updated information.
