The device (1) contains a reel (7) with a groove (8) for winding in the line (4) and setting it down inside a tub (9) beneath the reel. A flange (8) on the reel protrudes in a radial direction on one side of the groove. A hook guide (16) extends at a tangent to the groove and has a hook dispensing end which is designed to secure the hooks to the flange with their pointed ends on the side of the flange facing away from the groove. A guide finger extending at a tangent to the flange and located after the reel with respect to the running direction is designed to lift the hooks off the flange so that they glide into the hook cassette (6). |
