<p>Finishing enamel for cars contains a solvent, a thermosetting acrylic or alkyd resin binder and a 2,9-dichloroquinacridone pigment. The binder may contain a cross-linking agent and the paint pref. contains 2-6% pigment and 18-25% binder. Advantages are that the paints have good rheological properties and unlike other highly coloured paints containing quinacridone pigments they can be applied by normal processes.</p> |
