PURPOSE: An apparatus for bonding a circuit board and an anisotropic conductive film of a flat panel display is provided to improve the efficiency of a work process and the efficiency of equipment by sequentially bonding a circuit board and an anisotropic conductive film to a glass. CONSTITUTION: A work table(2) is provided with an upper plate(12). A table(4) is rotatively installed on the work table. An aligning element(6) is installed on the table for loading and setting a glass and a circuit board. A first bonding unit(8) is fixed on the work table for bonding an anisotropic conductive film to a pattern part of the glass loaded on the aligning element. A second bonding unit(10) is separated from the first bonding unit and bonds a circuit board to the pattern part of the glass. |
