PURPOSE: A method for producing bean sprouts containing calcium citric acid is provided, thereby allowing human to easily take calcium in the form of calcium citric acid. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing bean sprouts containing calcium citric acid comprises the steps of: washing and drying beans, and dipping them in a calcium citric acid solution for 20 hours or more; collecting the beans and spreading them on a cultivating vessel wherein the cultivating vessel has 1 to 3 degree of a slope, a drainage hole at the corner of the bottom, and sands having a particle size of 2 to 3 mm; spraying a calcium citric acid solution to the beans at 2-hour intervals for 1 hour in three times; and spraying water to them at 6 times per a day. |
