AUTOMATIC BANDING MACHINE FOR STEEL REINFORCEMENT AND BINDING WIRE THEREWITH

PURPOSE: An automatic banding machine and binding wire for steel reinforcement are provided to improve working efficiency and to prevent accidents by binding the steel reinforcement efficiently with surrounding the steel reinforcement with the binding wire and twisting the binding wire. CONSTITUTION: An automatic steel reinforcement banding machine is composed of a case(100) having an insertion groove for inserting steel reinforcements; a binding wire storage unit installed at the side of the case to store binding wire(300); a binding wire feeding unit installed at the side of the case to draw the binding wire out;; and a turning binding wire guide unit installed in the end of the case to guide the binding wire from the feeding unit to surround the steel reinforcement with the binding wire. Plural blades are formed near the rear end of the binding wire guide unit to twist the binding wire after surrounding the steel reinforcement.
