Since the transparent electrical conductive line electrode 2 and the LSI input/output electrical conductive line 4 are covered by the FPC 8, electrolytic corrosion of the transparent electrical conductive line electrode 2 and the LSI input/output electrical conductive line 4 made of ITO, etc., due to moisture can be prevented, and disconnection due to electrolytic corrosion of the transparent electrical conductive line electrodes 2 and the LSI input/output electrical conductive lines 4 can be prevented.
