The guide comprises rails on the drawer and the main body of the furniture and a central rail between them. Trucks with load-supporting rollers work between the rails, on which stops limit the amount of movement. Buffers (9) of injection-moulded plastic are integral with the trucks (8), and have undulating protrusions. There can be a truck working between each of the other rails and the central one, and each buffer can consist of two U-sections open to opposite sides. There can be two trucks working between each central rail and the one on the drawer, one of them being equipped with buffers. The truck with buffers can have two plate-type roller cages at right angles to each other and joined by a rib.
