APPARATUS FOR INSPECTING FLAT PANEL DISPLAY

PURPOSE: An apparatus for inspecting a flat panel display is provided to improve the accuracy of inspection while reducing power consumption and time required for inspection. CONSTITUTION: An inspecting table(12) is provided. A stage(16) is installed on the inspecting table and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) to be inspected is secured on the stage. At least one or more probe units(20) contact with a group of contact point pads of the LCD and have probe tips for detecting predetermined information inputted to the group of contact point pads. A probe moving unit moves the probe units in one direction to make the probe tips contact with the group of contact point pads. A monitor(32) outputs a result value of the inspection from the probe tips.
