PURPOSE: A method for processing a wireless device failure in a mobile communication system is provided to replace a failed device with a preliminary device when the failed device is transferred to an abnormal status, thereby maintaining a current service status. CONSTITUTION: A processor checks whether a failure is generated in an RF device(S300). If the failure is sensed in the RF device(S302), the processor reports the failure to an operator terminal and transfers a status of the failed device(S304). The processor decides whether a preliminary device is normal(S306). If so, the processor decides whether the preliminary device is usable(S308). If so, the processor transmits a switching command to a distributive switching unit(S310). The processor receives switching response information from the distributive switching unit(S312), and decides whether the response information is switching complete information(S314). If so, the processor decides that the switching unit performs a switching process(S316). |
