STRUCTURE FOR MANUAL CONTROL OF VERTICAL BLADE OF WALL-MOUNTED TYPE AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: A structure for manual control of a vertical blade of a wall-mounted type air conditioner is provided to prevent damage of the vertical blade and to allow easy control of horizontal direction of the vertical blade. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes a plurality of vertical blades(31) installed on an air outlet of an indoor unit main body(11) in such a manner that the vertical blades rotate in the air outlet; a link member(32) connected to one sides of the vertical blades to allow the vertical blades to be interlocked with each other; a gear member(33) engaged with a toothed part(32a) formed on a rear side of the link member; and at least one of control member installed to be exposed to a lower side of the indoor unit main body. Protrusion parts(32b) are formed on both ends of the toothed part of the link member to be higher than the toothed part to limit rotating angle of the vertical blades within fixed angle. The control member is coupled to the gear member through a connecting rod to allow a user to rotate the control member so that the gear member is interlocked with the rotation of the control member to allow the link member to linearly move.
