APPARATUS FOR ANALYZING MOLTEN STEEL SAMPLE OF BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for analyzing molten steel sample of blast furnace is provided which produces molten steel of high quality by installing a system capable of analyzing constituents of molten steel more promptly and efficiently at production site and reduces working load and secures safety by shortening working process of workers. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a moving part comprising cylinder moving rail and collection part moving plate(24) which are capable of moving back and forth collection device to collection port(35) of molten steel sample(11) inside an iron runner so that molten steel is easily sampled; a molten steel sample collection part comprising lowerable and liftable air cylinder(21b), operating cylinder(21c), molten steel collector(30) and rotational joint member(37) so that the molten steel sample(11) is stably collected; a transfer part comprising sample transfer pipes and carrier(32) for air shooting the molten steel sample(11); a control part comprising control operating panel(203) in which a plurality of electronic valves(106-111) are electrically connected to each other to fully automatically control operation of operating part according to switch signals of electronic valves; an analyzer(204) for analyzing the molten steel sample(11) and transmitting data after receiving the molten steel sample(11); and a PLC(205) for transmitting the operated and digitalized data to local panel(206) and ECC terminal(207) by operating and digitizing analyzed data of the analyzer(204).
