PURPOSE: A web disk system through the integration of an account space for mails and homepages, and a service offering method thereof are provided to integrate Internet mail services and homepage account capacity subscribed by a user into one space, and to share the stored files with other user. CONSTITUTION: Account space offering servers(30A-30C) are equipped with the account space for giving the e-mail or a homepage service to the user. A web disk server(40) offers the web disk space integrating the unused region of the account space offered from the account space offering server into one space. Web disk databases(40d-40h) store the account information for accessing the account space offering server and inputting/outputting data, the file information, and the share information by installing to the web disk server. A controller(40b) controls the input/output and the modification of the information stored in the web disk database.
