PURPOSE: Door outside handle cover structure is provided to cover a recessed part of a vehicle when a door is closed, prevent noise from coming into the inside of the vehicle, and improve the exterior view. CONSTITUTION: Door outside handle cover structure comprises a door outside handle assembly(10) comprising a peripheral part(12) and a handle(14) rotatably mounted from the inside of the peripheral part toward the outside, and a door cover comprising a central bar(4), a cover(5), and an elastic unit(3). Side parts(16) of the peripheral part are extended downward in length of covering the vertical width of an opening formed by a door outer panel. Insertion holes(18) are oppositely formed to the inside of the side parts. The central bar is extended longitudinally and is inserted in the insertion holes. The cover is formed in a rectangular shape having a nearly same size as empty spaces of the side parts. Combining parts(51) forming insertion holes(52) are extended to the inside of a vehicle from the end portions of the cover. An axis of rotation of the elastic unit is disposed to the central bar.
