PURPOSE: A transmission packet for executing multi-function through the network, and a method and a device using the same are provided to execute various jobs for controlling a server and a client through the network regardless of a condition of a client. CONSTITUTION: A version field(20) keeps the version information representing a version number of the packet. A packet format display field(22) keeps the packet format display information representing the generation format of the transmitted packet. A job format display field(24) keeps the job format display information representing the format of the job using the packet. An attribute group field(26) and a data group field(28) keep at least one of the attribute of the job and the data of the job. An end field(30) keeps the end information representing an end of the packet.
