PURPOSE: A system and a method for the EC(Electric Commerce) using a shared bulletin board are provided to efficiently share the web site contents for a constant item. CONSTITUTION: A storing part(550) stores an information database of the member web sites(400a,400b) and the shared bulletin board displayed to the member web site. A certification part(520) carries out the member certification for Internet users(100,200) connected through a member web site, and extracts the ID information of the member web site if the user requests specification of the shared bulletin board. A shared bulletin board information management part(530) updates the information of the shared bulletin board in real-time. A member web site information management part(540) accumulates the activity particulars to the information database as the contribution activity if the activity particulars of the EC are generated by the Internet user. A profit distributing part(560) collects the contribution activity of each member web site for a constant period and gives the bonus according to the contribution activity to each web site.
