PURPOSE: A storage container for a kimchi storage device having a double seal is provided to keep kimchi fresh and prevent the surface of the kimchi from drying up. CONSTITUTION: A storage container(51) for a kimchi storage device having a double seal is composed of a container main body(53) being open upwardly, a lid(56), an inner rib(55a), an outer rib(55b), and rib receptors(57a,57b). The inner rib protrudes from one of contacting surfaces of the main body and the lid toward the other with extending along a circumferential direction. The outer rib protrudes from one of contacting surfaces of the main body and the lid toward the other with displacing outside of the inner rib along a width direction. The rib receptors are formed to receive the inner and outer ribs at the contacting surfaces of the main body and the lid.
