PURPOSE: Provided is a utility functional sheet which is apparently and practically enhanced with antimicrobial and far-infrared radiation effects, and gives natural, luxurious, convenient, comfortable and healthful environments. CONSTITUTION: With the manufacturing of the utility functional sheet, 20% of paper mulberry and 10% of pulp are beaten, and 10% of 300-meshed jade powder, 10% of biotite, 10% of oak char powder and 40% of loess powder are added thereto. A pine resin is applied to the mixture, and it is papered and dried to make a paper board(30). A fabric cover(40) is attached to the paper board to make a base paper(B). A hemp yarn is made by mixing 80% of hemp material with 15% of caustic soda and 5% of pine resin, and papering the mixture. Warp(11) and weft(12) based on the hemp yarn are woven with a lattice structure to make a bast fiber fabric(10). A fabric cover(20) is attached to the bast fiber fabric to make a skin paper(A). The base paper and the skin paper are combined with each other to make a functional sheet.
