PURPOSE: A system and a method for distributing and offering contents are provided to receive diverse contents, to distribute and manage it, and to directly connect a user and a contents providing server in order to offer the contents selected by the user. CONSTITUTION: The contents providing server(110) provides the contents. A contents circulation server(120) circulates the contents from the contents providing servers by using a homepage, a portal site, or a PC room. A user computer(130) selects and uses the contents by connecting to the contents circulation server. To provide the contents selected by the user computer, the contents circulation server connects the user computer with one server from the contents providing server.
