摘要 Apparatus for fluorescent determination of chemical or biochemical partners of a receptor-ligand system in a liquid sample includes a sample channel through a plunger in a cylinder, with an immobilized reactant-carrying flow contacting surface and an optical element close to the outlet of the channel. Apparatus for determination of chemical or biochemical partners of a receptor-ligand system in a liquid sample (A) includes a flow contacting surface, on which one reaction partner is immobilized, located at the outlet of at least one channel, through which (A) passes, in the vicinity of an optical element. The channel is formed within a plunger, moving through a cylinder, on which the flow contacting surface is placed. The optical element forms a frontal seal for the plunger. The outlet of the channel and the flow contacting surface are spaced and at least one uptake region for (A) is provided downstream from the contacting surface. Fluorescence-exciting light for a labeling reagent bonded to one reactant passes through the optical element under total reflection conditions, to form an evanescent field in the region of the contacting surface and the fluorescent light is detected using at least one optical detector.
