PURPOSE: An electric shocker is provided to discharge a conductive liquid such as water applied with a high voltage to suppress terrorists in a public place or a plane where it is difficult to use a gun. CONSTITUTION: An electric shocker discharges conductive liquid(19a) applied with a cathode and an anode to make an electric shock. A cartridge(10) has a charging valve(18) to charge an air pressure and a valve(15) to charge the conductive liquid. Pulling a trigger makes a shaft(35) advance the cartridge so as to open the valve. The conductive liquid is discharged by the force of restitution of a conductive liquid tube(19) and the air pressure from the open valve. A cap(16) or valve of the cartridge discharges a high voltage through a lead. The cartridge advances with the shaft at rear side of a trigger link(32).
