PURPOSE: A height adjustable downspout for sewage and rainwater is provided to improve appearance by restricting protrusion of the downspout from the ground and re-excavation with adjusting the depth of the groove, and to prevent accidents of pedestrians by adjusting the height of the downspout. CONSTITUTION: A height adjustable downspout is composed of a body(2) having an inlet(21) and an outlet(22) for connecting to an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe of a gutter discharging rainwater and sewage to a sewer pipe; a connecting pipe(3) inserted to the body; a height adjusting member(4) composed of annular projection rings(4a) arranged at equal intervals in an outer wall inserted to the connecting pipe; and a height adjusting fixing member(5) having grooves(5a) formed as the annular projection rings. Accidents are prevented by restricting protrusion of the groove from the ground with adjusting the height.
