A magnetic power unit comprising rotor and stator ferromagnetic cores (1,2) which having a surface in shape of a cogwheel has a cog (1a, 2a) and an indent (1b, 2b) beside it; the magnets (3) which are fixed as in shape of the "N" pole that will come over the upper part of the one cog of these cores and the also "S" pole for the same surface of the other; a coil (4) which is wrapped in shapes of enabling to form a magnetic flux between rotor and stator.
