The cooling air cleaning device uses respective brushes (10,12) positioned within the air intake device (8) on the outside of the perforated radiator cover (6), adjacent its end and peripheral surfaces (11,13), for cleaning the cooling air supplied to the radiator (5). The brushes and the radiator cover can be rotated in opposition to one another.
