The method involves transmitting (1) data of a service from a network (UTRAN) to a terminal (UE), and charging (10) for the service. The charging takes place in the terminal. The data are transmitted in encrypted form, and may be processed by an application device (UICC) in the terminal, where they are decrypted. Independent claims are included for a mobile radio terminal and for a system for charging for services.
