PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring profile and roundness of rolling roll is provided to improve working efficiency and product quality by measuring profile and roundness of rolling roll using the measuring apparatus installed on bed of grinding machine. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a main body part which is installed on an upper part of bed of grinding machine, and in which carriage connected to the ball screw is moved side to side as ball screw connected to the motor is being rotated according to driving of motor; a measuring sensor unit part(300) moved side to side along with the carriage through main shaft installed between shaft fixing stand and shaft guiding stand of the main body part; and a system control part for storing and displaying profile and roundness data of the rolling roll measured through the measuring sensor unit part, wherein the main body part comprises base(258), motor fixing stand(248), motor(244), front and rear surface guide fixing stands, housing, a pair of supports, guide rail(254), a plurality of guide liners(232), carriage(230), ball screw nut, a pair of shaft fixing stands(210), ball screw(220) and shaft guiding stand(216), wherein the measuring sensor unit part comprises main shaft, idle bar, sensor cap, contact type displacement sensor(310), socket bolt, spring and contact bar(322), contact bar cap and beam sensor, and wherein the system control part comprises proximity sensor, displacement sensor amplifier, computer and input unit, and monitor and printer.
