The support panel is a prefabricated, torsion-proof and moisture-insensitive composite element. The slot of optional width and depth encompassing the support panel is suitable for force absorption and transmission and accommodates a spring strip (6). The natural or artificial stone element may be a decorative element which at least on one side is connected to a glass panel.
