PURPOSE: A method for registering a mobile terminal state is provided to enable a CDMA mobile communication network to know a speech state of a corresponding mobile terminal for set local receiving/transmitting calls, thereby improving quality of an interworking service between a private wireless telephone service and a mobile communication service. CONSTITUTION: When an MS(10) responds to a paging signal(S201), a local BSC(131) transmits a call service request message to a PABX(121)(S202). The PABX(121) transmits an assignment request message to the local BSC(131)(S203). When the MS(10) transmits a service connect completion message(S204), the local BSC(131) transmits an assignment complete message to the PABX(121)(S205). The PABX(121) transmits a location registration message to a BSC(112)(S206). The BSC(112) transmits a location update request message to an MSC(113)(S207). A field showing terminal state information is set to data for showing a traffic state of the MS(10)(S208).
