PURPOSE: An exhaust gas recirculation valve of an automobile is provided to prevent chattering noise and deterioration of endurance period due to repeated collision by suppressing vibration of the valve. CONSTITUTION: A valve seat(24) is installed to an inlet(21) of a lower body(20), and has an inner circumferential surface formed to be cylindrical centering on an axis of a rod(30). A valve(23) is formed cylindrically and inserted to the valve seat. A plurality of penetrating holes(23a) are formed on the valve at regular intervals so that upper ends of the penetrating holes are placed to be lower than inclined surface(24a) formed on an upper end of the valve seat so as to prevent exhaust gas in the inlet side from flowing to an outlet(22) as the penetrating holes are not opened when a diaphragm(12) is not working. The rod is moved up as the diaphragm is sucked as suction negative pressure is transmitted to a vacuum chamber(13) to move up the valve and open the penetrating holes so as to allow exhaust gas in the inlet to the outlet. The valve is stably moved up and down without vibrating in irregular direction as guide parts(23b) between the penetrating holes are guided by the inner circumferential surface of the valve seat. The valve and the valve seat are not allowed to collide against each other thereby.
