The hand held manual screwdriver has a blade (2) and a handle (3) . In addition there is a facility for stripping the insulation off electrical wires. This is in the form of a unit (4) fixed a screw (7) to the handle. The unit has a cutter block (5) with cable side cut outs (8) that match those (9) on a hinged cutter block (6). With the cable inserted a lever (10) is used to apply pressure.
