(R)- and (S)-enantiomers of the piperazine derivs. of formula (I) and their salts are new. Where, Alk = 1-3C alkyl. Also claimed are the cpds. of formula (V). 2 Cpds. (I) are specifically claimed including (R)-2-(3-(4- (3-chlorophenyl)- 1-(2-methyl)-piperazinyl) -propyl)- 1,2,4-triazol(4,3,-a) -pyridin-3(2H)-one.
