The scaffolding clamp of the parent specification is modified in that the clamp comprises only one substantially U-shaped clamping element and associated clamping bolt with the base 15 of the clamping element being adapted to be connected positively to the other 11 of the two scaffold elements 11 and 22 to be connected by the clamp. As shown, the base 15 of the element is provided with a bracket 16 by means of which the clamp is welded to the scaffold element 11. Alternatively the base of the clamping element may be provided with a stud for engagement with one of a series of holes in the other of the scaffold elements. |
