PURPOSE: To provide a taste infiltration system designed to infiltrate taste into a food such as boiled eggs by irradiating the food with ultrasonic waves having plural frequencies. CONSTITUTION: Plural eggs 3 are placed on a relevant shelf 2 inside a vessel 1, a seasoning liquor 4 is held in the vessel 1, the inner wall of the vessel 1 is mounted with three piezoelectric oscillators 5, and a generating device 7 having generators 7-1, 7-2,...7-n generating the corresponding outputs differing in frequency from one another via a quick changeover device 6 to these oscillators 5. In this taste infiltration system having the above-mentioned scheme, the eggs 3 have been boiled for 5-7min., and when the eggs 3 are irradiated with outputs each at several hundred watts from the generators 7-1, 7-2,...7-n with frequencies of f1, f2,...fn, respectively, through switching by the changeover device at several ms, the eggs 3 can be uniformly seasoned. |
