A method for drying thermolabile materials provides for changing in the course of time the temperature of drying agent. The method is carried out in two stages. At the first stage gradual increasing body temperature up to rated value by means of drying agent is carried out. At the second stage the temperature of body surface is kept equal to rated value by changing the temperature of drying agent, its rate of movement or by simultaneous changing the drying agent temperature, moistness and rate of movement.
