The proposed combined device for street lighting contains a support, a lighting fixture installed at the support, and a power-supply source. The lighting fixture contains a bowl, a lamp, and a reflector. The power-supply source contains an accumulator battery, a solar energy converter, and additionally, a windmill with an electric generator. The generator contains a stator consisting of two ring section with the stator winding, a ring rotor with permanent magnets, which is installed between the section of the stator, and a commutator.
