The invention belongs to an agent to antiseptisize a raw material and production environments, which contains, as an antibiotic constituent, one of -lactam antibiotics of directional bactericide effect as potassium benzylpenicillin or sodium benzylpenicillin, or sodium oxacillin, or phenoxymethylpenicillin or mixture thereof of no less than two ingredients, and also contains a constituent of a directional bacteriostatic effect as sodium benzoate. The present invention can be used for effective lowering the level of contamination of the raw material and production environments, in particular in distilling industry and yeast production, with infecting microflora.
